Channeling Quan Yin

i remember quan yin -- she & i have been intimately connected

i used to channel quan yin NRG a lot
lately, however, i'm channeling a lot of some martial artist sword dancer goddess who remains "nameless" at the moment
but she feels very asian -- like a samaurai geisha

what i recall of Quan Yin is that she IS the manifestation of serenely graceful compassion as r her sisters, Tara & Mary

when i channeled her nrgies while trance dancing i would feel sooooo expansive, it felt as if the tiniest movement of my smallest fingernail could set entire galaxies in motion

a friend gave me an amethyst crystal carving of her --- standing upon a "moving" crystal globe with her water dragon coiled 'round

for me Quan Yin resonates to some ancient life-time as Chyneeese --
the images which come to my mind's inner-eye r these:
i must marry -- i refuse to marry
i have 2 options -- suicide -- or become a nun
i choose nun & became a devotee of Quan Yin

not so oddly enuf, i have a strong affinity for things chinese yes??

as i recall -- Quan Yin was originally a male --- one of the long names in Sanscrit(?) like Avoleks____?? & then became a female
could probably find that story in a Google search for Quan Yin

enjoy the journey with the Q-Y
and consider this -- we & she are one & the same NRG --
she is our own projection & reflection of our inner Compassionate Nature --
we R looking into a "mirror" -- and she is whom we C --
so, let's honor and love our reflection -- she certainly loves us -- with-OUT reservation, hesitation, or equivocation

lovin u'all

I had just recently heard of Quan Yin, but as soon as I heard of her I was like I just knew that she was the female counterpart of Avalokitesvara, and not until just now when I read your post did I think to look it up to see if it would be true. And it is. I just think that something funny is going on for me to "know" about this pair before I ever researched them.

right on Fire .... i can barely imagine Quan Yin being other than the resolution of the Yin and Yang NRGies --- i think of her as a Warrior of Compassion --- her compassion is her strength --- and dissolves or melts all hardened hearts
--- she's a very Zen nrg for me --- maintaining her equanimity such that she can pour a cup of tea --- without spilling a drop --- in the middle of an earthquake --- everywhere u touch - there she is - there is no where she isn't
--- her presence is the present of grace

well yes --- "something funny is going on" --- and Zen Masters (and Mastresses) are masters of "humor" --- delightful delicious downloads and surprises are some of their favorite methods of making themselves "real" for us

i wish u graceful blessings dear Fire WildHawk
enjoy your journey as u merge with your Quan Yin reflection and projection
it is very lovely to feel her nrg coursing through your body, soul & mind
      and real-i-zing that u r truly One
